At Caerus Property we are always keen to leave you in peace to enjoy your stay but we do have a few rules that we ask our guests to follow.
Our properties feature noise and occupancy level monitors to ensure house rules are adhered to.
Note: the sensors measure sound and occupancy levels without recording or listening and are not equipped with a camera or image recording facility of any type. They don’t collect, store or share any personal data.
Parties & large gatherings are not allowed in any of our properties. In addition, only the guests that you have told us about are allowed to stay in the property.
Standard check-in time is between 3pm and 10pm, and check-out time is 11:00 the morning of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is by prior arrangement only and subject to availability.
All of our properties have a policy of no smoking or vaping on the premises.
We ask that all guests are respectful of our lovely neighbours at all times, but especially not to cause excessive noise between 10pm and 9am.
Unfortunately, pets (with the exception of guide dogs, assistance dogs and hearing dogs) are not allowed in any of our properties.
